Palladium commercial and office complex, located on Muqaddas Ardebili street owned by the private sector, was built on an 8,000-square meter piece of land with a building area of 100,000 square meters with 13 floors on the southern side, 11 floors on the northern side, and 6 floors under the ground. Engineer Kambiz Rahimtabar was the consultant for the employer and also the legal executor in this project. The construction started in 2011 and it was inaugurated in 2015.
