The privately-owned Tooba residential complex is located on Fereshteh Street with a steel framework on 9 floors and building area of 8,000 square meters. The complex is composed of three basement floors (parking, installations, and gym together with swimming pool), lobby, and five floors on each of which there are six apartments ranging from 140 to 350 square meters. The project started in 1999 and it was finished in 2001.
