The privately-owned Toos residential complex is located in Bagh-e Ferdows neighborhood with a steel framework on 9 floors and building area of 9,000 square meters. The complex has three basement floors (parking, installations, and gym as well as swimming pool), lobby, and five floors on each of which there are six apartments ranging from 120 to 380 square meters.
