The privately-owned Mobasher residential complex is located in Fereshteh neighborhood with a steel framework on 10 floors and a building area of 3,300 square meters. This complex has three basement floors (parking, installations, and gym), lobby, and six floors each of which holds a single –square-meter apartment. The project kicked off in 2011 and it took three years to accomplish.
